Learning the art of cooking alongside her mother and grandmother, Jessica simple philosophy is less is more. She believes in letting fresh, high-quality ingredients do the talking. She’s been featured in commercials, earned a spot on the Dallas Morning News’ "Best Of" list, and catered hundreds of events—from casual gatherings to large-scale formal affairs—always leaving a lasting impression.

With degrees in Fine Arts and Landscape Architecture, LuAnne grew up on the East Coast and moved to Texas in 1978. Her passion for working in leather started as an outlet to relax and have fun and grew into a dedication to learning new techniques and working with diverse materials. LuAnne most enjoys personal artwork commissions that allow her to collaborate with clients to fulfill a shared vision.
