ARTIST – jeni thomlinson

Jeni is a third generation artist from McKinney. She attended the University of North Texas for a BFA in Painting and Drawing. She and her husband, Charlie, are all about living the life in the Arts.  They create fine finishes in homes and commercial properties,  paint amazing murals that fit the lives and work of people all over the nation and are now embarking on the adventure of illustrating children's books.

ARTIST – lori thornton

Lori experiments with acrylic paint, paste, and flowers to create mixed media works with lush textures and intricate designs. Painting is, for Lori, a meditative practice, a way to help her deal with stress. Her art began to expand and become more energetic when she incorporated dried flowers into her paintings. Often she turns to pointillism techniques as a mode of abstraction.

ARTIST – annie royer

From an early age, Annie’s teacher and mentor, Gustav Likan, instilled in her the desire to create beauty through color and form, regardless of the subject matter. Her art shows give her the opportunity to show how several lines of inquiry thread through her work: music, artistic collaboration, new color palettes and media, and over 30 years of work in the design industry. These are the familiar themes, the influences, and context for her work.
