ARTIST – monica cowsert
Monica explores art techniques with classes en plein air, encaustic, and mixed media while keeping oil painting as her focus. In her works, picturesque landscapes, whimsical cityscapes, beautiful birds, flowers, and animals are all brought to life with contrasting and harmonious colors and bold compositions. ARTIST – james olney
James graduated from Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas with a BA in ceramics. After apprenticing for 3 years under master wood fire potter Mark Hewitt, he continued his professional work in Minnesota with master potter Bill Grossman. James spent time with the Peace Corp in Africa before settling in Dallas. He owns Oak Cliff Pottery where he focuses on gas-fired stoneware and porcelain and teaches classes for beginning and advanced pottery enthusiasts.

Tabitha’s artwork is influenced by her love for animals, nature, traveling, and the rich tapestry of her rural Oklahoma upbringing. She enjoys creating the unexpected and discovering the beauty that arises when integrating different media.
